Established in Barchon in the Liege hills, our company and its Beltrans subsidiary employ a staff of around 15.

Our activities are: the purchasing, packaging and reselling of potatoes . We sell and purchase our products both on the Belgian market and in Europe.

Who are we?
Holders of the " Bel'pom " brand, Roel plc is a family business that over the years has implicitly contributed to the development and transformation of the potato market - one of the staple foods in our diet. Our aim is to offer a quality product that satisfies today's tastes and best meets the needs of our customers and consumers.
In this context, we have diversified both our activities and the potato varieties that we package; we also offer processed, raw-peeled, pre-cooked, pasteurised and even frozen products.

As Liege-based traders, we are members of the "Filière wallonne de la pomme de terre" (FIWAP – www.fiwap.be) a body responsible for providing information to professionals in the sector and representing and defending their interests.  
We are also members of "Belgapom – www.belgapom.be", the national industry federation.

We were involved in developing " Terra Nostra ", the Walloon label« www.apaqw.be» awarded to potatoes of superior quality grown in Wallonia according to the integrated growing technique (more environmentally-friendly). This label provides the customer with a guarantee that certain quality and traceability standards have been complied with during production.
